Bauska Municipality, in cooperation with Baltic Dairy Board Ltd, a member of Vilvi Group, is implementing the project “Development of Infrastructure for Baltic Dairy Board Ltd under Support Programme 5.1.1.1” (Project No. 5.1.1.1/2/25/A/022).      

As of August 2026, all construction works planned under the project have been substantially completed. A new parking area for heavy goods vehicles and passenger cars has been constructed next to the Baltic Dairy Board production facility, and the surrounding area has been landscaped and improved.

The newly developed infrastructure will support more efficient traffic management within and around the company’s premises. The parking area has also been designed to ensure accessibility for persons with reduced mobility.

The final project documentation is currently being completed and coordinated with the Bauska Municipality Construction Board. Once the necessary approvals have been received, the remaining project completion procedures will be carried out.
The total eligible cost of the project is EUR 975,868, of which EUR 487,934 is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and EUR 487,934 is private funding provided by Baltic Dairy Board Ltd.

The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
