INSTALLATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY RESOURCES
Vilvi Group, in order to conserve natural resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, is starting to install solar power plants on the roofs of factories. The electricity produced by the solar power plants will be used for the needs of the company. After the implementation of the project, the Group’s use of renewable electricity will increase, that is, the use of traditional electricity will decrease, thereby reducing the country’s dependence on energy imports.
The power of the solar power plant on the roofs of AB Vilkyškių pieninė factory is 315 kW, the amount of electricity produced per year is about 331 MWh. The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The project has already been implemented.

The solar power plant on the roofs of the AB Modest factory has a capacity of 562 kW, the amount of electricity produced per year is about 490 MWh. The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Solar power plant coordination work and delivery to state institutions is underway.

The solar power plant on the roofs of UAB Kelmės pienas factory has a capacity of 200 kW, the amount of electricity produced per year is about 186 MWh. The project was implemented with our own funds and has already been completed.
